We are not an employment agency. We do not charge a massive overhead beyond the usual charges for physician services.

All physicians involved are active in the practice of hospital medicine. All are board certified. All are ICU-qualified. All are personally known to Dr. Gates.

Dr. Gates is the lead physician. He is actively involved in the Locums effort, in addition to hospitalist practice locally. He also supervises arrangements for coverage, involving other physicians.

The other physicians in the coverage group do not fly, thus travel via commercial air is how they reach the destination hospitals.
